Bb cream honey and powder.. Inexpensive and you won't feel bad about using it everyday :) use a matte powder, and you have to reapply powder when needed.. I just videod my everyday work face routine.. I'll link it when I upload it :)

I hear BB creams are great (all I have tried have been too dark for me, so I don't know), also Urban Decay has some really great products that stay on really well, and then just set the makeup with a setting powder, it will help keep the makeup nice AND help control the oil. You can also carry blotting paper with you if that will be doable for you on the job, but I love my translucent setting powder!!

Try revlon colorstay! It's a full coverage foundation and has a good variety of skin types and tones. :)

All of the above is great, and try setting sprays from Urban Decay or MAC.

I would try Covergirl's Outlast Stay Fabulous 3-In-1 Foundation. It primes, controls oil, and sets all day trust me you won't be disappointed.
