I take prenatals because they're cheaper.
Its only been about 2 weeks but over all I feel better and my hair is getting thicker and shinier.
I also use matrix sleek look heat protectant spray. For the first week it will make your hair feel like crap while its getting used to the product but then it works so well. You'll notice your hair getting thicker and smoother after a month

What ever you do, don't take prenatals by mouth for hair growth unless your pregnant of course. Crush them up and put in your shampoo

The ones I take are liquid capsules that you take when you're trying to conceive, not when you're actually pregnant so I just swollow one a day with water.

Biotin helps with the strength of your hair but silica horsetail is more for growth.. I take both and my hair grows like crazy!!
