Try switching your shampoo/conditioner.
Your hair could be used to the benefits of the products

Brush your hair as little as possible. The more you brush, the more hairs you break. Try using a comb instead of a brush, especially when your hair is wet, as that's when it's most brittle. You can also try homemade hair masks (mix two eggs and four tablespoons of olive oil, then massage it in). It sounds gross, but really helps to strengthen your hair. Keep your hair moisturized - hair that is dry is much more prone to breakage. You can use mayo (add rosemary oil or even vanilla to get rid of the smell). Sleep with your hair up to avoid breakage from tossing and turning. Clogging of the pores on your scalp (dead skin, oil, hair product build-up) can also slow down hair growth. Use a clarifying shampoo (or try half apple cider vinegar, half water and apply it to your scalp). You can also try taking a daily multi-vitamin (make sure it has biotin in it!)
Hope I helped!

As a stylist I recommend regular hair trims hair is not going to grow on damaged ends, you can use all the best shampoos all you want but if you have breakage at the ends then its no use I say about every four weeks get a slight trim just to take off the dead ends

Coconut oil is meant to be really good for hair s
growth. So apply coconut oil to your hair as a hair mask once or twice a week. Hope that helps

No really try garlic , I used garlic as hair loss remedy during my own experience with hair loss, a solution that I have finally turned to when other remedies I have tried failed. I turned to home remedy for hair loss because none of the traditional medications helped. This is by far the best hair loss remedy that I have tried, and I have tried many.
