I have silver dress but I'm not sure what color lipstick will go good with it and I'm wearing soft neutral pink jewelry!

Match the lips back to the soft pink jewelry then, a baby pink would look nice with the purpley-silver, and depending on your eye makeup, if it's dark and smokey then a nude would look fantastic with the dress too x

You're dress is so pretty! Lipsticks I like (that have color, but look natural.) are Pink Silk by Lancôme (it's an oldie I think. I borrowed it from my mum though and loved it.) and Rouge in Love by Lancôme.
