Can you apply self tanner then just go to sleep? I've tried looking it up , but it doesn't say anything about..

It should be fine IF you let it dry completely.

In the St. Tropez training video I watched at work, the guy said he always did it after a shower before bed every three days, so you should be just fine. you might get a bit of it on your sheets but that's better than on your clothes during the day right?

Oh yeah! I have a dark purple colored sheets so it probably won't show up , I'd rather that happen than on a nice shirt of even just a tee.

Yeah, I would use jergens lotion tanner but just remember to let it dry! I do the same thing.
