Stop heat styling n start conditioning your hair. Try coconut oil. Let it air dry n style it or style while its wet. =]

Try Biotin pills too. I've never used coconut oil but I do take the biotin.

As we get older our hair does goes thru changes. But if you beat it up with the heat and product overload it will rebel. Definitely lighten up on the heat and give it a lil tlc. Biotin and coconut oil is a great start along with also doing some weekly deep conditioning treatments at home. The coconut oil is no joke...I use it and my hair just loves it.

Shanny. I wouldn't recommend taking straight biotin pills they can cause severe acne! I mean severee! instead take hair skin and nails...its a bottle of pills you can find in with the supplements

I'm a hairdresser and it can happen depending on all you have done to yur hair. Your hair actually changes texture depending on your haircolor, believe it or not. Blondes tend to have more tangled thinner hair, and brunettes tend to have a bit of a thicker texture but can get pretty dry. Try using deep conditioners once a week and try not using any heat on your hair if you can also a trim every six weeks helps.
