Hair Color Help!

I have pretty dark brown hair, almost black. It's long, angled, and has tons of layers. Tons.
So far, I'm going to dye the ends-I was thinking teal.
But what if I dyed my whole head? What color do you think?
I have more almond shaped eyes, fuller lips, and a smaller nose.
