I'd just lightly go over your brows with a brown pencil, to be honest I'm pale and ginger and I get my eyebrows dyed dark brown, I think if you get it done properly it looks good.

If you're a blonde, your eyebrows should be two shades darker. Brunettes should be about two shades lighter. It'll look just fine having light brown brows, and if pencil seems to dramatic try brow powder (:

I think good eyebrows are so important, they sculpt your face! In the UK we have something called a scousebrow, you don't want that!! Google it x

I have blond hair too, I know it's hard. Look for eyebrow pencils in a dark blond or a very light brown and fill in your brows lightly and shape them. You can go heavier once you're comfortable with how you've shaped them. They're supposed to be a little darker than your hair color, so don't worry, you'll find a color that will look good with your hair.

I'm blonde too. I'm using rimmel pencil and essence eyebrow set. Works great. Try some eyeshadow and see which color is fine. :)
