Avoid using heat, deep condition, take biotin/vitamins, trim every two months, message your hair in the shower. This should speed up the process :)

Definitely get a trim when your ends get bad because it'll grow healthier. Take biotin. I love it. Drink lots of water n try using Lush's new. It's a pink circle of shampoo n has cinimon in it which helps hair grow. Good luck.!

Get scalp treatments, they lift flakes off the scalp, open your cuticle layer and let out natural oils.

I'm in the same situation as you! Haha :) what I'm doing now is making sure to away from heat, when conditioning your hair, put it in a shower cap while you finish up in the shower (the heat from the shower will help open up the follicles of the hair so that it will absorb the conditioner better). I'm also taking hair pills to help speed up hair growth, massaging the scalp (promotes circulation to the roots) and trimming once every 12 weeks to get rid of split/dead ends. Also make sure to eat your fruits and veggies because they have a lot of nutrients that help hair to grow long, strong, healthy and shiny!
