Dr lewinn skin perfecting serum worked pretty well for me. I didn't use it on my whole face just as spot treatment. I've also used fencia its a prescription cream for acne but help lightning dark spots you have to be religious with it results take a few months

Hmmm not sure about the UK, I'm in USA but I'm sure you can get Dr lerwinn online from just about any drugstore site. for the fencia you would have to go to a dermatologist. good luck I'm sure you'll find it
