For a spot treatment I love the clean and clear advantage spot treatment gel, and for a face wash I recently started using oxy exfoliating facials scrub (it's a blue colored scrub) it worked so well for me! I broke out on my forehead and had 2 large zits on my nose and chin and they cleared up in about 2 days. You should try it and I hope it works just as well for you :) Good luck!

Oh! And don't forget to moisturize after, both treatments can be very drying especially if your already have pretty dry skin.
