Don't use heat that often! Just look after your hair! Wash every other day and don't clog with product! x

I've heard that colloidal qsilica is amazing to help with fast growing, healthy hair. It's an oral supplement and I think it takes about three months to kick in but I've heard from people who used it that their hair and eyelashes were AMAZING!

I use clarifying shampoo from suave so the other shampoo doesn't build up and clog my hair from growing hope this helps a little.

Shampoo your hair less it strips it from natural oils try conditioning more (co wash) and limit heat it sets out hair and you need to make sure your hair is moisturized well and spritz with water (that's like hair food) also sulfate free shampoos)
