I have 3 scars on my face and I'm always so conscious about them, I hate my skin/face because of it. Is there thing I can do to help them go/fade or to cover them?

If you open the capsules of vitamin e on put it directly on the scars it should help... I haven't tried it but am going to for my scarred up legs... Let me know if it works for you.

Bio Oil is great! It reduces scars and redness. I have been using for a while and there fading away.

I'll second Bio Oil, it's amazing! I've had acne for years and ended up with some quite bad scars on my face and it's cleared them up so much! Even if the scars themselves remain the colour will fade so they become less noticeable. Don't hate your face - it's beautiful so be strong! :)
