A lot of girls (myself included) wore nude/beige/tan heels at my college graduation. It looks pretty and professional. Going off your picture, I could see you in some super glam heels like jot pink or studded. It depends on how much or little you want to stand out. I highly encourage dressing up

As for hair, you have long pretty hair so I say wear it down and not up. Soft, smaller curls would look pretty and work well with a graduation cap. Play around with your bangs and see what works best. Don't let them hide your face. :)
