When I use pigments I usually pat translucent powder under my eyes and when I'm done I just sweep it away using a fan brush... Maybe that'll help.

I use spray MAC Fix+ on my brush, dip it in the pigment, and apply as I would normally.

Yes, but not literally wet. Wet your applicator using spray.

When applying a loose pigment like the one you have is try using a cream base or eyshadow it helps the pigment stay on d lid or a cheaper way would be to add a little vaseline to your eyelid then add your pigment. Nice color btw.

Well pigments no matter the brand are always going to be messy as they are loose shadows. Probably using the fix plus will help for there to be not a lot of fall out.

I use a primer or just my concealer on the lid. Also using a shield or even a business card under the eye helps with fallout as well as a stiffer brush and tapping all the excess off. Just build the color to desired opacity. Be aware of Traci's suggestion with Vaseline. Keep that away from your eyes and mascara. Hope this helps.

I like the idea of using the translucent powder underneath eyes to catch the fallout I will have to try that because I've had the same problem!
