Can you lovely ladies please tell me how to correctly pick a concealer. How much lighter than your skin tone should it be? And are concealer and corrector the same thing. Thank you (:

If you are covering blemishes or spots find a concealer that is the same color as your face or foundation. If you are highlighting your under eyes use a shade 1 to 2 shades lighter than your skintone. Concealers are made to hide blemishes or dark circles. Correctors help to brighten under the eye area. They are not the same.

For maximum coverage, it depends on the use.
The usual colour are good for redness (acne, redness around nose etc). Salmon/peach colours are for undereye circles. Green (yes, green!) are for blemishes.
