I forgot the name , but there is one by NYX I think and it's like ' Stay Matte not Flat ' or something! Trying going on Ulta and looking it up!

I will recommend to use an oil control primer, like you I also have oily skin definitely use a toner I used Dickinson's you could find it at Walgreens for $6 and as a base used the MAC matte face primer. It is very good and I totally recommend it if you have oily skin ;))
