Okay so I have a really bad habit and I bite my nails, ALOT. Is there anyway that I can stop and make then grow longer and faster? Please help. Thank you!

My friend used to bite her nails all the time and her mom bought her a base coat that really taste bad, so when shed put it on she couldnt bite it cause it tastes bad.

The doctor also had this cream you can put on your nails which tastes DISGUSTING. it is made for people who have the same habit as you have (;

Agree with Tamira, there are lots of bitter nail polishes that taste so bad it should give great results. Sally Hansen and Super Nails make them. :)

Have braces;)) I can't bite my nails anymore cause of my braces. Haha but don't worry I put gel on my nails and my habit is gone hopefully

You can buy a anti-bite nail polish base coat, evertime you bite your nails it will taste bad. I used to have the same problem :)
