I love Jordana liquid liner! It's amazing & it comes in a pen so it's great for beginners!

I use the Cover girl liquid liner, I think it was called ultra line something, But it's a felt tip kind of eyeliner marker, and it's pretty pigmented.
The only con is if you don't close the cap super tightly it will possibly dry out within two months, and you have to shake it every time you use it before you open the cap, and it's kind of tiny.
But it's worth it. c:
