So I burned my hand while baking cookies(accidentally grabbed the cookie sheet w/out an oven mitt) and it really hurts, but I don't have any aloe vera or burn gel. Anything I could try to relieve the pain? I've already run it under water a few times too. Any help is appreciated :)

Ouchh! well don't put things like lotion or vasoline (or honey) on it as this will trap heat inside, making it hurt more and heal more slowly. but try running cold water over it (:

For pain and inflammation alternating ibuprofen and acetaminophen every four hours helps a lot. To directly treat the burn mix baking soda and water to form a paste, put this all over the burn and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
