There is not a best concealer or foundation it's what works best for you. It also depends on what coverage and type of skin you have, not every product will work for you. Xxx

My skin is sensitive and not too oily or dry... And I have bags under my eyes I been using urban decay concealer but it doesn't really work...

Boots No7! I love their Instant Radiance concealer. As for foundation any from them is great. I have Essentially Natural at the moment. Their shade matching service is amazing - machine scans skin for truly perfect match.

I agree with Izzy... Maybelline Age Rewind is my HG concealer! I also love Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation! :)

I don't have a fave foundation, I haven't found the perfect one yet.. But I like MAC select cover up concealer & I heard Maybellines Age Rewind concealer was really good, but I never tried it.

Concealer: Tarte Amazonian Clay waterproof concealer ($22ish?), or Maybellines Age Rewind ($8)
For summer, I LOVE skin79's (gold) bb cream!! ($14 on ebay)
Just my opinion...you have to find what works for your skin tone. I have normal skin but oily in the T Zone.
