Use argan oil on dry hair it keeps the hair healthy and castor oil helps hair to grow faster put it at night and keep it to the next morning then wash it out.

Take prenatal vitimins and bootin! barley ever use heat if possibile. I do all of this and mine went from just above my boobs to down to my waist in under 3 years. sounds like a long time but just be patient!

Make sure you eat properly and drink LOTS of water. It not only grows your hair out but it makes your skin look amazing and gives you energy
