I have zits all over my cheeks...here's the thing..they are ALL UNDER THE SKIN! Majority of them don't even have heads. they look horrible because they are raised bumps all over my face! and I can't get them off.. I've tried exfoliation. different facewashes...oxyvacne pads...I even stopped wearing liquid foundation and switched to bear minerals. and yep still there! help help help...self conscience.

This may sound weird, but how often do you change your pillowcase? They can harbor all sorts of bacteria.

Ok you have to go to the dermatologist! I tried literally everything but nothing worked! I was so tiers of my acne and it made me very insecure. I finally went I the dermatologist and they gave me 2 creams and some pills and my acne is actually gone!!

I can't remember what the stuff is called. But Ulta carries a line of makeup that is actually made for acne prone skin and it works wonders! Just ask an associate and I'm sure they'll know what it is. And to treat the acne, google all natural face masks and also get a prescription from your doctor. The stuff works! Its the stuff Kaitlyn is talking about. I also agree with the pillow case and brushes thing as well. Good luck girl!

I've had the same problem and tried everything! Until one last from Ulta recommended Using Clinique the three step acne solution. And omygosh it's amazing! It has cleared up my face so much! I'm still using it and everyday that I use it it gets better and better. I had no hope because my acne was getting bad and nothing would work not even a prescription that a dermatologist dr gave me. But clinique has satisfied me : ) a little pricey but worth it! Try it!

May be ingrown hairs. I'd exfoliate well and use a wash with tea tree oil in conjunction with a gentle moisturizer. If you have pain..scarring or no relief..seek a good derm.

I second the Murad. Amazing amazing products. Also, make sure you are cleaning your makeup brushes once a week with a brush shampoo, and then follow with an antibacterial brush spray. Tea tree oil works well for spot treatment. Use a detox mask once a week (Glamglow or Boscia black mask are both great for this). I would also invest I'm a Clarisonic. It will change your life!
