I get really confused with this step and really just have been doing what looks best for myself and what I think looks best on my clients. But I've seen MUA that do their concealer BEFORE the foundation the whole works of highlight contouring and covering spots and then put the foundation over.. or maybe my perception was wrong.
I am still trying to get the whole technique of contour and highlighting down so I may just be missing a step.
But if you were to do the highlight and contour before applying foundation..when it comes to do the foundation do you just go around those areas and not cover with the foundation or do you completely go over the face with the foundation??
I've always done the foundation after I do the brows and eyes and then do the highlight and contour and cover up.. am I doing something wrong?
Sorry I typed so much..hope someone can help shed some light on the proper technique.
