What order would you apply these?

I have these products that brighten and highlight, I'm not sure in which order to apply them, which to apply before and after foundation and at which stage I should contour using a powder contour?
Any help would be much appreciated!

Face primer, foundation, eye brighteners, powder, contour!

You don't want to use a liquid or creams over powders, that's when you get a cakey look. So always do liquids first!
