I have the same face wash routine every night. and tonight my acne cream made my nose super red, and hot. any reason why? I didnt do anything different.

Use cc cream and an anti redness primer.

Try using rose water in a spray bottle on your face. Very soothing for redness.

Most likely you are allergic to the acne cream. I am the exact same way. I used to use acne creams that contain benzoyl peroxide and my skin was fine and then one day I started getting intense rashes on my face. The allergy doesn't show right away but it builds up over time. Don't wash your face until the redness goes away. The only thing that will really work to make it go away is icing it.
