I second Nyx jumbo eye pencils! They have a large selection of colors and they apply nicely! I also use Maybelline color tattoos as a base and they do an amazing job as well! :)

Maybelline colour tattoos are amazing! if you have oily skin don't bother with the nyx jumbo pencils they will crease and be almost gone within minutes.
