Matte eyeliner help!

I like the eyeliners that have a brush (like a thin nail polish brush). It's easier to apply than a pencil but I don't like how shiny it looks. I can't seem to find any with that type of brush that dries matte. Any suggestions?

Gel eyeliner! It comes in a jar and you can buy an eyeliner brush separately :) They tend to be more matte than liquid.
