Ok so lately I've been having more break-outs than usual. I know this is probably the 1971047th time you've seen one of these but I urgently need help. I've tried tea tree oil, salt and water and witch hazel. But unfortunately, none of them have worked. Help?

Polysporin, neosporin, toothpaste, honey, all of these things dotted onto the spots overnight will heal much faster :)

I use the neutrogena oil free face wash and it has js bin wonderful...I live in Nigeria where d weather's crazy and it stil works wonders. I used to hv major break outs but dey are almost al gone...
