Yes @Donilyn T. My younger cousin was born with symmetrical holes straight through the tops of his ears. The cartilage part. I was looking at Cristina's picture and blurb and I was trying to think of what it reminded me of! Its just a little special unique part of you Cristina! Embrace it!

If its a legit hole, like the one on the inside of your eye for your tear ducts, then its just a gene mutation. its not very common but nothing to worry about. its just a part of your uniqueness!
