Completely agree with everything Rianna said. The concealers you can try are Maybelline's age rewind dark circle concealer, or Garnier's anti-dark circle roll-on.

Try a green tea compress. Make double strength green tea, let it chill in the fridge for a bit, dip two round cotton pads in the tea, ring out the excess and rest them on your eyes just like Rianne M. It's the caffeine and it works.
