I have bb cream and it works really well!! I helps with protect your face from the sun and gives you a nice coverage. I usually put it in the same way you put on foundation. I have only tried the garner bb cream so I can't tell you which is the best for oily skin.

I recommend garnier bb cream. I aplied it with my hands for a long time but It also works really well with a beautyblender or stipling brush:)

BB cream is like a sunscreen, moisturizer, and foundation all in one. It has less coverage than foundation, though. You can apply with your hands, a brush, or sponge.

Bb cream is: a lightweight prouduct that does more moisterizing and color correcting than actually covering blemishes and stuff.
best application: with fingers or a brush. it depends on skin & which proudct.
cheap but good quality: garnier bb cream, revlon (2 layers)
best for oily skin: I don't know sorry
