I had a pimple but it turned into a cut I've been putting neosporin on it how do I speed up the healing process?

"Melt" a asprine in a few frops of water and put it on your pimple:) it will immediatly look better after just 15 minutes

You can also use Veterycin. Its a cut healer for animals but it works for humans. I put it on my cut once and it went away in a day!
