I've heard that the Maybeline Color Tattoos are great. I'm thinking of buying some. Let me know what you think about them. Also, which color do you suggest I get? Show me pics of your makeup with it. Thanks!

The loreal infallible shadows are great as well, goldmine is my favourite!

I second the loreal infallible, I actually like them better than the color tattoos because they don't crease as easily on me. I have amber rush and it's a gorgeous rose gold, it looks great with a cat eye. In the color tattoos I have bad to the bronze and pomegranate punk, both are very wearable and can be sheered out or built up for more intensity. I find that the color tattoos crease on me fairly quickly, I'm not sure why, because I've used then with and without a primer and it still happens. Maybe I just have oily eyelids?

I'm very dry and they crease on me so I stop it right before the crease and now I don't get lines, I think the formula may just be too "soft" so it sits into lines!

Can you show a swatch of amber rush? It sounds so pretty!

I have to say, I love these suckers. The only one I wouldn't recommend getting is the purple one. You have to really warm it up and even then it can still come out blotchy and hard to use. I usually use these as a base, so I put eyeshadows over them, and they never crease on me. I don't have oily lids either, so that definitely helps. If you want to use these on their own I would at least set them with a translucent powder to help minimize the chances of creasing.
Emily brought up a great product. I love Loreal's infallible eyeshadows! I've used eternal sunshine in the inner third of the lower lashline with the purple color tattoo on the rest of the lower lashline and it looks amazing! :)

I love them! They are so versatile and last a long time on the eyes. I use mine as a primer or just an eyeshadow and they work like a charm. I own and love barely branded, inked in pink, bad to the bronze, tough as taupe, and another one I can't remember the name of. My faves are barely branded, inked in pink, and bad to the bronze 😊 here I was wearing inked in pink on my lid.
