Paint your nails normally and wait for it to dry! Then take tape half way through diagonally and paint your nail a different color. Take the tape of immanently and then you have pretty nails.

Just use a toothpick for the smaller dots and the end of a needle for the bigger dots if you don't have any tools ^^,
