Ok I done try so many liners for the waterline and it just runs even Liquid liners so many is too watery yes I'm put on to gel liners but I use that if I want a matte look but I want a bold shine to it and I need a contact safe water proof eye liner anyone have any suggestions.

Have you tried rimmel scandaleyes waterproof kohl? I have it in black, bronze, and taupe and I love it!

Oh, and I wear contact lenses and haven't had any problems with it.

I love physician formula liners!! They are the only ones that don't hurt to put on and don't make my eyes red and irritated.

Try Avon they have really good ones or the one I use is eye studios by mabylene and it works amazing.

I agree with Janice, love them! I have like every shade too or Elizabeth Arden liners stay really well all day with no smudging.
