I regret getting a spiral perm last aug. since then I get my reg every other month trims and am trying to grow it out but my hair is still brittle. What can I do to make my hair like it was before the perm? My hair was not really soft and not curly but not straight and now its unbelievably frizzy. Please help me should I get A relaxer or a keratin treatment? And also do you guys have any other suggestions I may not know of. please help!
