I have blue eyes and blonde hair, I'm wondering what masscara colour and eye shadow colours to use to make my eyes stand out as they're really small :)

Peaches and pinks for shadows, and things with shimmer will make your eyes looks bigger. Always use a light colour as a base something close to your skin tone and lighter if you want to make those eyes pop. Blackest mascara will make your eyes pop.. One that is wonderful for making eyes pop is Mac zoom fast black. Line your bottom wAter Line in white for larger appearing eyes.

N I said peaches or pinks because those colours compliment blue eyes go for anything with a orange or copper understone, golden and bronzed.. Oranges will all make your eyes pop.

If your going for something bold try blue mascara.it makes blue eyes pop.
