This hot weather is driving me crazy!
I am getting too much tanned and that's not a good thing since my skin is turning brown in an unhealthy way!
I use sun block before going out but that alone isn't helping plus its doing much damage to my skin and also hair.
What other precautions do I need to take??how can I remove my excess tan??I don't want to bleach but is there a better way to get rid of this tan??

Lemon juice is the best way to lighten your tan naturally...Apply it on the tanned skin and wash out after 15 mins...If it stings mix it with some rose water...Exfoliating with a loofah helps to reduce it too..sugar and lemon juice scrub is a great exfoliater...Cucumber juice and yogurt masks help too...Still its takes time to lighten maybe a few weeks atleast...hope this helps :)

@Salma: haha I know that most gals are dying for a tan but being in a tropical country continuously exposed to sun, I just don't want to get tanned more but I am not saying that I want to be fair or anything like that...I just want to maintain orginal complexion (normal tan)
My sunblock has spf50
...
@nehal: thank you, I will definitely try that:)

Don't put lemon directly on your skin it makes it age faster you could use yoghurt indeed. is that the highest spf you can get? :o.
