How do I get rid of an unwanted tan line quickly??

Over the summer I went to a sports camp and afterwards I had a tan line on my ankle from the sun. Obviously. And it started fading but then I joined track in the middle of the school year and It is now worse! Because of my shoes and socks stopping right at my ankle, anytime I want to wear sandles I can't because of this unsightly tan line. Anyone know how to get rid of it quickly? Or any products to cover it up? Although really a home remedy is all I want. Thank you!

Okay thanks! And I've tried tanning just my feet but even though I live in Florida it doesn't work. Its never even.

Put tanning lotion on your foot, or use A LOT of sunscreen on your leg.
