I really want te MAC Fix+ but I can't afford it.There is a way to 'make' Fix+ by MAC?(DIY)

There's a travel sized bottle for $10 at the MAC stores. But according to google 3 parts distiller water, 1 part glycerin, and 1 part rose water should do the trick.
