Can anyone recommend me a set of scissors for a reasonable price?

It's not reasonable price but I love my kamasori shears. Great warranty and I've had for over three years and haven't sharpened. And :( I've dropped once and there. Still good. But I was nerves.

Kissaki shears...I have a pair of 5.5 and 6, bother were around $140 each. VERY GOOD; I've also been in contact with the company and they're very friendly and quick to reply. I definitely recommend them
