I love the combo of mint and coral, so I would probably do coral colored shadow. If you're looking for something a little less standout-ish though stick with neutral colors.

Do a double eyeliner , black first , then the mint color. use a pale pink lip to top it off , it'll make the dress stand out :)

Cuteee dress! As an eyeshadow, I would use a light base, like a light light tan or beige, focusing on the inner half of the eyelid. Then on the outer half of the eye a light brown (blend well!). Then I'd use a fluffy eyeshadow blending brush in a light tan gold (NYX Ultra Pearl Mania Loose Powder in the shade Mink Pearl or Hard Candy's Kal-eye-descope baked shadows in the shade High Maintenance are two of my favs!) and blend in on top of the brown in the outer corner and crease. I'd use a black liner and wing it (Maybelline's eyestudio gel liner is another fav!)
Have fun! Coral nail polish would be a super cute addition.
