Go on www.muastore.co.uk and find the undressed palettes. They are good dupes and only cost 4 pounds each, you could buy both and have a play around with them, the colours are practically identical just some of the blue and grey tones are abit less pigmented =] google a comparison of them n see =]

I can't justify paying so much for simple neutral shadows. There are alternatives of the same quality but fraction of price.
I agree with Make Up Academy 12 Shades Undressed and Undress me Too palettes, exact dupes for 4 pounds. Also Sleek Make Up has similar palettes like Au Naturel. Or you could look at more expensive theBalm's Nude'tude.
I have them all including plenty more from Sleek Make Up and Make Up Academy and their staying power and blending abilities are suberb. For price of two UD Naked palettes you would purchase every MUA and Sleek Make Up palettes in their collection. I believe Naked 1&2 are overrated and overpriced for what they offer but every one is different.

Is it just the colors that are good or is the formula good as well? It's just that there are a lot of good neutral palettes and this one is raved about quite a bit.. What's good about it other than the colors? Good lasting power.. Easy to blend?

Like Hazel said, the mua palette is practically identical... I have the naked 2 and the mua palette and I like them both! But in my opinion the naked palette isn't worth that much money... I love it but yeah... The mua palette is very good and very unexpensive!

I own the original naked palette and have had it for almost two years and despite using it almost every day I've yet to hit pan. Definitely worth the money and I plan on purchasing the naked basics palette as well since I've heard so many makeup gurus rave about it!

At forever 21 they have the perfect dupe for both naked 1&2. It's a 21 shadow palette in brown/taupe. It's 9.80. I see no point/ interest in getting the naked palettes now. Hope this helps ;)
