I was just looking at my MAC pigment colors, and was wondering if anybody knew how to take a loose eyeshadow, and turn it into a creme shadow?! Or if anybody has some ideas or formulas to try mixing and mushing and mad scientist stuff, I would love input.

You can used eye seal from makeup for ever one drop will turn powder to cream.
