Any color will work, for less contrast go for lighter colors, but why do you want to wear tights? its a very pretty dress... maybe its cold where you live?

@kaitlyn S. I have navy blue which I n wearing in pic I have , n that pinkish peach color which can be seen in photo on bed :d. And yes black. I have golden glitter shoes , red n blue check shoes which I am wearing n turquoise color shoes :/

I really would not wear tight. The dress is so light and airy and the tights just make it look heavier than it really is. Definitely bare legs.

If it was winter I would wear forest green or burgundy...or any velvet tight! love all of them with white
BUT since its summer I would go with a salmon pink or any powdery pastel color (lavender, rose, sky blue, mint, etc).
You could even tie dye or dip dye (ombre) some white or cream colored tights, I LOVE doing that-fun activity and so cute when you wear them =)
