I have a heavy face.. Whenever tie a pony , either make a small puff or lil hairlock at the back of your ears. and pony resting on your shoulder not back!! open your hair when gng out it gives an impression of slightly lighter face.

Well for a round face most people consider you "cute" so you want something bolder.
I would suggest parting it down the middle because it evens your face out.
Do and donts
Do get layers by your low face.
DON't get Them too close your face like chin wise because! You'll look bigger. They have to be a bit down to you shoulders but keep your hair long if your hair is short you will look rounder and younger

There are two key tricks that can
make your face seem thinner. The first one
is contouring your cheeks with a combination
of blush and bronzer. Sweep the bronzer along the top of your cheekbones, then suck in your cheeks and blend a rosy nude shade of blush in the hollowed area. The contrast between the
two blushes will make your face look more
angular. The second trick is a hair technique:
Try a cut with eyebrow-skimming bangs or ear-level layers. Having some shape in the top half of your hair (instead of sporting all-one-
length locks) will make your face appear more narrow in comparison.

I see you got great advise on hair and makeup, so I'm going to add my 2 cents for clothing, don't wear shapes that repeat your face shape, like round necklines, round sunglasses, round earrings... instead go for anything angular, V shape, square, longer necklaces (if you don't have a long neck)... hope this helps BUT stop hating your face and start loving it :)

Opt for fringed bangs versus blunt/heavybangs or Betty page kinds. They can make a face appear fuller than it is. I have a round face, too.
