Hello everyone..I just recently bought the la colors jumbo eye pencil..I absolutely love the product but the only problem is it has a plastic base & I cannot sharpen it..can someone please help me & give me answers on how I can raise the product out of the tube??

Is it anything like the NYX jumbo eye pencils? Those are almost a plastic like base and they sharpen. If it doesn't twist up then they will have to sharpen somehow.

You can youtube a video on how to get the product out of the tube and just put into a small container like gel ones.

I would depot it! So it's much easier to use I put my jumbo pencil in the microwave for a few seconds in a small plastic container and once it melted pored it into a small container and it's muck easier to use ;)
