Please help! I have been searching high and low for a facial moisturizer that won't cause cystic acne, I have very sensitive acne prone skin and I feel like EVERYTHING makes me break out, sometimes in cystic acne too! I have been using ones with spf so maybe that could be the problem? And I eat healthy so I know it's not what I'm eating.

Other things that cause acne are stress, what you eat, environment, allergic reaction, etc. I definitely get bad stress acne... :(

First Aid beauty makes a hydrating..soothing oatmeal based daily one. Love it and I have extremely sensitive skin. You can find it at Sephora, but ULTA may carry it as well.

Yes, I wash my face with kiehls ultra face wash, pay dry, put 2-3 drops of the seaberry oil on, wait a couple mins and then do my makeup routine :) works perfectly!!

No silicones!! I had bad cystic acne and it went away when I stopped using them. They layer up on your face and keep all the dirt in, so especially sensitive skin breaks out. oil on the other hand has helped me a lot with scarring!

I have cystic acne as well and I'm going to try Lush's products. I've heard great things anything with tea tree oil andnor witch hazel is going to be good also do you notice if it happens around a specefic time of month? cuz my cistic acne seems to show its face around "that time"
