Help With Finding Correct Foundation.

This is going to sound really silly lol but I'm unsure of what color my skin tone is besides being brown lol. I believe that my undertone is golden but then again I'm not sure. I always buy foundations that are darker than my actual skin tone so I'm completely stumped. Does anyone have an idea of what color my skin tone may be and which foundations offer a natural medium coverage (oil free)?

I was unsure also, so j went to ulta and asked the makeup girl for help. I would suggest going to a counter or something and having someone help you pick something out. I do know you want to match it to the skin on your chest.

You should get a lighter foundation n a darker foundation n mix them to get the color your looking for, that's what I do:)

@Nicole I'm probably going to have to end up doing that. I'm planning on making a trip to M.A.C. next week to buy some lipstick and nail polish so I'll ask about foundation as well.

@Talia I never thought about that lol. I've just been concerned with finding the exact match for my skin tone. Thanks for the tip.

Yeah what talia said is good. I buy two also because sometimes I'm more tan but its really good to mix them to get your perfect shade.. Also it's good to go to a couple counters and have them match you :)
